Born in Lebanon, Joseph Karam completed his studies in interior architecture there before settling in France. He founded his agency some forty years ago. His style: French elegance infused with Oriental warmth, and the authenticity of projects that transcend trends.
Throughout his career, he has woven an optimistic futurism into his creations — always at the service of the human experience.
The agency brings together around twenty DPLG architects, interior architects, decorators and designers, serving an international clientele in search of eclectic, one-of-a-kind environments.
The agency specializes in private villas, hotels and yachts. Supported by its own in-house design offices, the agency oversees every aspect of each project — from structural work to furniture supply and the finest finishing details — delivering unique achievements that reflect each client’s vision, where luxury, comfort and aesthetics seamlessly coexist.

Né au Liban, Joseph Karam y achève ses études d’architecture intérieure avant de s’installer en France. Il fonde son agence il y a une quarantaine d’années. Son style : l’élégance à la française mâtinée de chaleur orientale, et l’authenticité de projets qui transcendent les modes.
Il transpose depuis toujours dans ses créations un futurisme optimiste au service de l’homme.
L’agence est composée d’une vingtaine d’architectes DPLG, d’architectes d’intérieur, de décorateurs et de designers ; elle est à l’écoute d’une clientèle internationale, à la recherche d’univers éclectiques.
L’agence réalise des villas privées, hôtels et yachts. Appuyée par ses propres bureaux d’études, l’agence gère l’intégralité des projets, du gros œuvre à la fourniture du mobilier jusqu’aux derniers détails, et livre des réalisations uniques à l’image de ses clients, où luxe, confort et esthétisme se côtoient.
